VGAW OIL ATOMISER

Installed in Global Combustion’s Water Cooled Throughport Oil Burners, VitroOIL-TP, VitroOIL-TPT and VitroOIL-TPD, the VGAW oil atomiser is designed to known parameters to produce exact flame characteristics, using all grades of fuel oil.

The atomiser components are precision manufactured, and are easily assembled and disassembled for maintenance.  Comprising of a Choke, Jet and O-Ring seal, the atomiser is secured in the burner nozzle block by the Choke.  Fuel Oil and Atomising Air are fed under pressure, and mix in the choke resulting in a fine spray.

Global Combustion provide a range of nozzles with capacities from 50 L/hr to 1,000 L/hr.
