Underport Burner Bracket – TMVUP

The  Global Combustion TMVUP Underport Support Bracket provides secure mounting and adjustment for any burner from the GCS Underport burner range.  Uniquely this bracket mounts from the port steelwork, providing clear access to the furnace wall and tuckstone area.  The bracket can be supplied with either Air Cooled or Water Cooled burner block sealing.

Divided into two assemblies, (Upper and mounting sections), each offers unique benefits.

The mounting section, supports the full assembly, and provided horizontal lateral adjustment.  Held by two bolts the upper section is secured to this base section.

The upper section, mounts the burner, and the burner sealing plate system (Air / water), which eliminates tertiary air and  provides burner cooling to increase the nozzle operational life. The bracket holds the seal plate system in place against the burner block. The assembly provides accurate burner location into the seal plate, and allows for quick and safe burner removal and replacement.

This section also includes simple vertical angle adjustment, that can be checked by a reference angle scale.

The split design, provides rapid clear access to the burner block with just the removal of the upper section assembly.
